We agree to provide you with a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning semi-annually as described for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment, during the term indicated below.
Precision tune-up procedures include:
· Cleaning ignition / Burner assembly
· Monitor flue draft
· Monitor starting capabilities
· Test safety controls
· Clean filters where applicable
· Clean and adjust blower component
· Check air flow
· Tighten electrical connections
· Measure volts/amps on motors
· Inspect, lubricate all moving parts
· Inspect thermostat
· Clean evaporator coil where accessible
· Clean condenser coil
· Clean condensate drain
· Measure temperature difference
· Apply protective coating to outside unit
